During Class
During your breathwork class, you can expect a safe and supportive environment where you can let go of your worries and simply focus on your breath. We offer Breathwork classes at least once a month.

We will guide you through breathing exercises that deepen your connection with your breath and help you release unwanted trauma and blocked energy. Breathwork is a powerful tool for healing and can be used to improve your overall health and amplify intuitive and psychic abilities.

Take this time to relax with one’s own body and connect with your breath. There is no correct way to breathe; breathe naturally and allow the energy to flow through you.
