Egg Limpias is a holistic healing technique that dates back to indigenous cultures in South America. The word “limpia” means “cleanse” in Spanish, and an egg limpia is done to cleanse the body, mind, and spirit.
The egg Limpia allows the egg to absorb negative energy, which is then released when the egg is broken.
